Peacock Recruiting LLC is a nationwide Legal Search firm that specializes in sourcing candidates for some of the nation's top law firms. Our team of professionals gather trends and insights across all platforms and uses this information to source applicants that match our clients’ specific hiring needs. We search, recruit and place legal staff and attorneys around the country.

 

We started in 2017 with a vision to assist law firms in attracting exceptional legal talent and grow their internal departments. Today, we are working with many of the AM-Law 200 firms, as well as regional and specialty boutiques.

IGAL

Co-Founder & Executive Director

Igal has been an entrepreneur for the majority of his life. Prior to founding Peacock, Igal and his mom owned a chain of Beauty Clinics and a Skin-Care Cosmetics company. Starting as a local family run business, they were able to grow the companies into a recognized brand with national product distribution. 

 

At Peacock, Igal focuses on Client Accounts, retention and management while working closely with Partners, Directors and Human Resources to understand the clients’ exact needs and source appropriate candidates for each specific opening. 

 

Igal is a former Israeli National Team swimmer, a Division I conference Champion. His dedication in his Athletic career has carried over to a determined attitude towards recruiting, where combined with an undying passion to help others, results in efficient outcomes in his candidate searches and positive feedback from clients.

 

Igal holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in International Business and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Management, both from Saint Peter's University. He is also fluent in Hebrew and Russian.

MARK

Co-Founder & Director of Legal Recruiting

Mark has vast experience managing growth and personnel expansion in both Business and Athletic settings. He has been recruiting talent in various forms for the better part of the last decade. From Athletic Recruitment at a Division I University, to Legal Recruitment into some of the nations' leading AM-Law firms, Mark has been able to pinpoint the right individuals for various open roles with a notable blend of technical proficiency and personality cohesiveness.

 

Mark’s background and experience in professional settings has enabled him to successfully accompany hundreds of candidates in their search of their “Forever Home” and transition between positions in the legal world.

 

Mark is a former Division I Swimming & Diving Head Coach, where his commitment and enthusiasm for recruitment first started. Following a successful coaching career, Mark transitioned into Legal Recruiting and after years of working at various firms, co-founded Peacock.

CAROLINE

Manager of Legal Recruiting

Caroline has been in the legal space since 2016, when she graduated from Columbia Law School. She worked at prominent litigation firms in both New York and New Jersey, before transitioning to legal recruiting. 

Caroline’s experience as an attorney allows her to identify top talent that aligns with law firms’ business and talent management goals. She has first-hand knowledge of what is important to successful attorney integration into a law firm and uses that experience to help attorneys make career transitions smoothly. 

DMITRI

Healthcare Recruiting Account Manager

Dmitri is an experienced and accomplished Sales Leader with a proven track record of success. He has over 10 years of experience in the healthcare, real estate, and consumer goods industries. He is a results-driven and customer-focused professional with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships. He is also an expert in lead generation, account management, and customer success.

Dmitri holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Saint Peter's University and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biochemistry from Saint Peter's University. He is also fluent in English, Hebrew, and Russian which further enhances his ability to connect with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.

DANIEL

Recruiting Specialist

Daniel is an MBA with a concentration on Accounting and Finance, with experience at some of the Nation's top financial institutions such as J.P. Morgan, Fidelity, SS&C and US Bank.  


In 2022, Daniel brought his experience at these firms in the areas of Tax Law, Accounting, Finance and Business Development, to Peacock Recruiting. He focuses on cutting edge business development practices, helping to identify and secure partnerships with new firms, giving our candidate pool access to more opportunities within various professional services fields. Daniel also networks with top talent in the areas of Legal Support Staff, Accounting, Finance, and Technology.
